SPY - 2011 Mercedes-Benz C-Klasse FL spotted
A first testing prototype for the 2011 C-Klasse FL has been recently captured on tape. The official launch is due to take place in the second semester of 2010.
Mercedes-Benz will apply a mid-lifecycle refreshment to its medium-range model, consisting of a minor retouch of the headlights, a new front bumper with optically modified air intakes, LED daylight projectors, as well as slightly revised tail lights, that shall feature LEDs, and rear bumper. The interior will also receive a new make-up:a redesigned dashboard, with the COMAND APS display to be inserted in it, like in the case of the GLK- or E-Klasse. Rearrangement and regrouping of certain buttons for a more intuitive use and a new steering wheel are expected.
The Stuttgart-based constructor has also prepared some modifications for the engine range-we are talking about 'improved fuel & emission efficiency' powerplants, both petrol and diesel, as well as the clever BlueTEC units.
