SPY - 2011 Mercedes-Benz C-Klasse Coupe
Finally, after months of intense speculation, we have received the ultimate proof: spy photographers managed to capture on tape the first photos of a 2011 Mercedes-Benz C-Klasse Coupe prototype.
The new 2door C-Klasse is intended to replace the slow-selling CLC, beginning with the spring of next year. The exterior design will borrow important lines from the existing C-Klasse models, but there will be certain features that will make the difference:a revamped 2-louvre grille and a modified front bumper. All the light-emitting exterior components of the new C-Klasse Coupe will feature LED technology on the high-end versions. The coupe silhouette will carry the well-known Mercedes-Benz design hallmark, but there might still remain a high dose of surprise, as engineers have covered the final part of the side windows with camouflage tape, to specifically hide a new feature, probably a kink, as suggested in some CGIs that surfaced previously.
The new C-Klasse Coupe will be premiered at the Geneva Motor Show, in March 2011, alongside the restyled C-Klasse Limousine and T-Modell versions.
