Found pics of this car while stumbling around the internet. It is a remake of their original, which had its production run from 1966 to 1972. The original was a mid-engined, rear wheel drive 4 Liter V-12 powered monster. Although the V-12 engines of that era were not as potent as they are in this day and age, it still output 345 horsepower, and in a 2100 pound vehicle this thing moved pretty well.
Fast forward to 2006 and youll see that Lamborghini has not really tried to improve upon the legendary shape of the original Miura, but they have modernized it quite nicely. In 2006, Lambo had only hinted that they might put it into production, but theres a chance that well see it in 2009. Gander at the pics below; which do you like more, the original or the new concept.
